I have been personal training since 2006, and opened my private studio in 2016.  I am more than personal trainer!  I dive deep to break down your movement patterns, identify inefficiencies and teach you how to rebuild better and stronger.  Re-learn how to move the way your body was designed to. Class Description

Mobility classes are designed to explain mobility terms and treatment concepts.  For instance you've probably heard about fascia and adhesions but are you familiar with what they are and how to treat them?  Or you know foam rolling is supposed to be good for our bodies but can you decipher good pain from bad pain while performing it. "And did you know when treating an adhesion that you're trying to cause a nervous system response?  These are simple concepts that aren't always passed on to fitness enthusiast or populations looking for less ache and pain. 

 

The Mobility Class Level 1 provides  instruction on what areas are most essential to our basic movement and how to treat these locations using various tools and foam rollers.  You'll gain a better understanding of when and how to safely trigger point muscle, discover better tools than just a foam roller with time left for Q&A.
